These terms govern your use of Eleven Plus Academy (rayos11plus.com). By using the app or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: support@rayos11plus.com.
Eleven Plus Academy is a self-directed practice tool for the UK 11+ exam, covering Maths, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, alongside an AI tutor, mock exams, and AI-assisted marking of comprehension and creative writing answers. It's a study aid, intended to be used by a child under the supervision of a parent or guardian who controls the subscription.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any exam board, grammar school, local authority, or admissions body. Practice questions are written in the style of typical 11+ papers but are not taken from real exams. Any published qualifying scores shown in the app (e.g. for Kent, Bucks, Tiffin School, etc.) are sourced from those authorities' own public information for general reference, are subject to change every year, and are not guaranteed to be current — always check the relevant admissions authority's own current-year figures before relying on them.
You must be 18 or over to purchase a subscription. The service is intended for children to use with a parent or guardian's supervision and consent.
Please don't: attempt to resell, redistribute or scrape the app's questions or content, or use automated tools or AI to copy or recreate them; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or use the AI features (tutor, marking, homework helper) for anything other than genuine 11+ study.
Explanations, marking feedback, and generated practice questions are produced with the help of AI (Anthropic's Claude) and, like any AI system, can occasionally be inaccurate or phrased unclearly. We work to catch and fix errors, but the app is a study aid, not a substitute for a qualified tutor or teacher, and we can't guarantee every explanation or mark is perfect. Please use your own judgement, and let us know at support@rayos11plus.com if you spot something wrong.
We can't and don't guarantee that using this app will result in a child passing the 11+, being offered a place at any particular school, or achieving any specific score. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. In short: your child's progress is stored in your own browser, and for Premium subscribers a backup copy is also kept in our cloud storage so it can follow your child to other devices.
The app, its design, its code and its content (questions, answers, explanations, worked steps, guides, and characters including Professor Hoot) are owned by Eleven Plus Academy and protected by copyright. You're welcome to use them, including printing pages, for your own family's study. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, share, resell or publish them, scrape or download them in bulk, or use automated tools or AI to extract, rewrite or recreate them (for example, to build another product or service). See also section 4.
We aim to keep the app available and working well, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, Eleven Plus Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
